Great delivery once again. The logs ignite nicely and come in a nice variety of sizes. Couldn't be happier!

I reached out to Log Pile because I was pretty let down by the whole situation. Georgia got back to me right away with several options. One of those was a complete refund. I explained that all I really wanted was what they had advertised on their website, not just a refund. To be clear and honest, Georgia did issue a full refund and told me to keep the incorrect item they sent. Not what I was anticipating, but I really appreciate the professionalism that Log Pile showed with their quick response to my problem.

The communication with Georgia was outstanding. We’ve tried a bunch of different companies, but this one is the best by far. We won’t be looking anywhere else now. As for the packaging, it was done perfectly—looked like someone really cared about it. There were no gaps in the box whatsoever! The birch we purchased burned for a long time and did so very cleanly. Terribly packaged - the boxes showed up totally torn apart, leaving us with splinters of wood scattered all over our front path and hallway. They can't stay in their boxes, plus they were left out in the rain by the delivery guy, even though we were home; nobody bothered to knock or ring the bell. I reached out to customer support the same day, but I haven't received any response.

I purchased some logs for our new wood-fired pizza oven. Even though they burned easily and efficiently, I had a tough time getting a decent pizza out of it. I reached out on Friday afternoon and chatted with Georgia, who recommended a different type of wood that burns hotter and suggested slightly bigger logs. She kindly sent a mixed box at no cost, which arrived just in time for me to give it another shot on Saturday. The results were way better; now it’s all about improving the dough and refining my cooking methods. Top-notch service, eco-friendly logs, and quick delivery for the modern age.

I figured I was shelling out a bit too much for kindling on Amazon, so I decided to look around online and stumbled upon Logpile. Their 8 net bag turned out to be a tad cheaper than what I was getting from Amazon, so I went ahead and purchased one.

Now I see why. The pieces of kindling are roughly half the size of what I used to buy. Plus, they look like they were chopped up by a blind donkey on acid, 'cause the sizes are all over the place. I’ll be returning to my old supplier.

I've tried them a handful of times, and they’re super friendly when you call. The delivery is quick, and the logs are top-notch, giving off plenty of heat. I’d definitely recommend them!

I placed my order on a Sunday, and it arrived in the Scottish Highlands by Wednesday, with no extra charge. The logs were packed nicely. Ready for a summer filled with pizzas and outdoor cooking adventures!

The delivery service, DPD, really messed up on this one and didn’t seem too eager to fix the issue. Logpile was OUTSTANDING in their commitment to keeping customer service at a top-notch level, which is why I’m giving them that 5th star. Plus, I’m completely satisfied with the product (kindling).

I had been getting logs from a different company, and they were disappearing so fast (they were tiny). After some digging, I found Log Pile - checked them out on Instagram to see if they were the real deal. A few folks had ordered and shared pics, and they looked solid.

The pricing was awesome too, and as mentioned - delivery took just 2 days with DPD. We got regular email updates about our order's status, which was super helpful.

When the logs arrived, they were stunning - great shapes and colors, perfect for around the fire. Plus, we loved that they came in cardboard boxes.

Overall, we’re really happy with our experience and we’re sold - Log Pile is our go-to from now on. Thanks a bunch, guys! :-)

The delivery went well and the customer service was alright, but I received dry Ash hardwood - not thrilled with the timber that doesn’t hold up. They did mention you can ask for a different type of wood, so I’d suggest checking that out before placing your order.

This was my first experience with Logpile, and I can totally recommend them. I got some kiln-dried logs, and they burned just fine. They ain't the cheapest option out there, but after dealing with years of wet, unseasoned logs, I figured it was worth a shot. I'll be ordering again for sure!

I've ordered from Log Pile for firewood and, more recently, kindling. The products are just as they say, and the delivery is super quick.

Gotta give a shoutout to their customer service too - I reached out a couple of times to ask about sizes and amounts, and they got back to me fast with the right info.
